- Call records: request time, model, Key identifier, quota, status code, Request ID and error summary — for billing, audit and troubleshooting.
- Billing information: package amount, order status, payment channel, credits ledger and contact info for invoices or refunds.
Purpose
- Providing login, Key management, model calls, billing, usage analytics, log retrieval and support services.
- Identifying abnormal calls, abuse, fraud and security risks.
- Improving product stability, billing accuracy and integration experience.
Retention & Access
- Call logs and billing records are retained per troubleshooting, audit and financial requirements. Enterprise customers may negotiate shorter or longer retention in contracts.
- Full API Key values are only shown on creation or explicit reveal; pages do not persist the full Key.
- Only authorized personnel handling support, security, billing and operations can access necessary data.
